Oven Roasted Sea Bass

Ingredients

  • 4 sea bass filets (4-6 oz each)
  • 1 large sweet onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 bunch kale (stems removed and roughly chopped)
  • 1 1/2 c. couscous
  • 1/2 c. dried parsley
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic (roughly chopped)
  • Fresh dill or oregano (to taste)

For Fish Seasoning:

  • ¼ tsp lemon pepper
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika (or cayenne for spice)
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp dried dill
